I am a trial and appellate lawyer whose practice encompasses a range of civil business and corporate litigation, including contract disputes, complex business litigation, class actions, antitrust, unfair competition, and trade regulations disputes before state and federal trial and appellate courts, administrative proceedings and hearings, and arbitrations. A portion of my practice is also devoted to labor and employment issues.
