During our Annual Meeting, the following will take place: 

1. Inauguration of the 2023 Chairperson
2. Inauguration of the 2023 Officers
3. Installation of the 2023 Board of Directors
4. Presentation of Most Active Member of the Year 
5. Presentation of Board Member of the Year
6. Presentation of Committee of the Year
7. Presentation of People's Choice Award
8. Outgoing Address from the 2022 Chairperson
9. Incoming Address from the 2023 Chairperson
10. Government Affairs Action Report
11. Committees Sign Up
12. Raffle Drawing

This event is mandatory for all members. Your presence is required so we can make a quorum and conduct official OKCYP business. If you cannot make it, please email us with your intended absence by November 15. The event is free for members, and lunch is provided.

We have sponsorship opportunities available, along with raffle tickets. You can purchase as many raffle tickets as you’d like!
